This app is broken on an iPad 2 with latest iOS

Screen size is incorrect, app seems to be iPad unaware. Screen is clipped and required buttons are off the screen. A reinstall left me in the "how to use new features section" with no next ability.

Most developers dont seem to find it that difficult to make apps which work on all mobile platforms, why cant Rogers?

Crap. Rubbish.
